紅外熱成像技術(shù)
熱成像是通過非接觸探測紅外能量（熱量），并將其轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號，進(jìn)而生成熱圖像和溫度值，并可以對溫度值進(jìn)行計(jì)算的一種檢測技術(shù)。其中遠(yuǎn)紅外線波長范圍50 – 1，000微米 ，中紅外線 3－50微米，近紅外線 0.78－3微米 （ISO 20473分類）。

國家自2021年1月1日頒布修改了機(jī)動車檢驗(yàn)方法，在《GB 38900-2020 機(jī)動車安全技術(shù)檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目和方法》中明確規(guī)定乘用車輪胎花紋深度必須大于 1.6mm。 由爆胎引起的車禍在惡性交通事故中所占的比例高達(dá)70%，速超過 160km/h,發(fā)生爆胎事故死亡率接近100%. 為此團(tuán)隊(duì)開發(fā)出SMART TIRE系列產(chǎn)品。
